Refund policy

I've changed my mind, can I return my order? 

Yes. You have 14 days on receipt of your order to return as long as the yarn is in original packaging and resalable. Please contact me emma@yarnbarf.co.uk within 14 days to qualify for refund or exchange. 

You are liable for return shipping costs and responsible for damages or loss until received back. It is recommended to use a tracked service with cover.

 

What qualifies as non-returnable?

Any orders that are not incorrect/faulty and not returned within 14 days from receipt of order.

An example of non-returnable yarn is when the label/packaging has been removed and has been wound up into a cake or ball, yarn must also be free of smoke or fumes - if this is the case then this yarn is unsalable and doesn't qualify for a return. 

 

When will I receive my refund? 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and can take between 3- 10 working days depending on your provider.


My order is incorrect or faulty, can I send it back?

I'm really sorry to hear this. Please email emma@yarnbarf.co.uk to get this sorted as quickly as possible!
